- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered via EMS, typically within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Please review the following details:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. You must initiate the return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Air Tube Replacements
- Awning Pegs
- Camping Cook Sets (if opened or used)
Return & Exchange Process

- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the item to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Receive Refund or Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible.
