The perfect entry-level tent for first-time campers wanting a low-level design, with a low weight and a smaller pack size. The Soul is designed for weekend camping such as festivals, built with a tried and tested 70 Denier polyester fabric, with a hydrostatic head of 3000mm. Utilising a simple pole and sleeve system, the tunnel design is extremely simple and intuitive to pitch, with just two fibreglass poles.
- Inner Pitch First – the inner is erected first and can stand alone in warmer climates. The waterproof flysheet then clips to the inner tent and provides the waterproof aspect of the shelter.

A rating of 1500mm is deemed waterproof, but on a tent, look for a rating of 3000 or higher. Measured by the height of water column a fabric weave can take before it begins to “sweat”. “Polycotton” tents will not have a Hydrostatic Head level, as they are not treated for waterproofing. |
