The Outdoor Revolution Cayman Outhouse Handi Low awning, designed to fit onto camper van style vehicles, like the VW’s, Ford Torneo’s and the Mazda Bongo. Perfect for adding a utility style shelter to the side of the van, to provide shelter from the elements. The beauty of the Cayman awning, is the low price point, and the small, lightweight pack size, making it perfect for tourers. Furthermore, the awning is a stand-alone shelter, which can be detached from the van, allowing the van to be driven off-site. The Cayman Outhouse has a fibreglass pole design, for a simple pitching experience, and a lighter weight.

| Hydrostatic Head (mm) | 3000 DetailsHydrostatic Head (Tents) – a waterproof rating for technical fabrics measured in mm. The higher the rating the more waterproof the fabric is. A rating of 1500mm is deemed waterproof, but on a tent, look for a rating of 3000 or higher. Measured by the height of water column a fabric weave can take before it begins to “sweat”. “Polycotton” tents will not have a Hydrostatic Head level, as they are not treated for waterproofing. |
